When you place an order on www.arichnutrition.com you are subject to the conditions on the Website at the time of placing the order. By submitting an order on the Website you (the “Customer") agree and accept to be bound by these conditions. These conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions.

1. DEFINITIONS
Throughout this Agreement, we may use certain words or phrases, and it is important that you understand the meaning of them. The list is not all-encompassing and no definition should be considered binding to the point that it renders this Agreement nonsensical:

‘A-RICH NUTRITION’ refers to our company, known as ‘A-RICH NUTRITION LTD.’; our Site; our Service; or a combination of all or some of the preceding definitions, depending on the context of the word.
‘Service’ refers to the services that we provide through our Site, including our products, and other services, and the Site itself.
‘Delivery Date’ means the date the Goods are received by the Customer.
‘Customer’ means consumers as defined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
‘You’ refers to you, the person who is entering into this Agreement with A-RICH NUTRITION.
‘Despatch Date’ means the date the Company despatches the Goods.
‘Order’ means any order placed by the Customer for the supply of Goods by the Company.
‘Order Form’ means the order form completed and submitted electronically to the Website or (with written approval of the Company) any other written order form completed and submitted to the Company's principal place of business.
‘Price’ means the price of each of the Goods as set out next to the relevant Goods on the relevant page of this Website.

‘Working Days’ means the hours between 0900 hours and 1800 hours (UK local time) Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 - In order to use this website, you warrant, you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and place an order you must be 18 years or older, be accessible by telephone and have a valid email address.
2.2 - You may place an order by- Filling in the order form on the Website after logging into or creating your personal account and clicking on the appropriate submission button.
2.3 - We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.
2.4 - Please note that the on-screen display of the colours, designs, products may differ from the actual appearance or size of products offered on the Website.
A-RICH NUTRITION will not accept orders placed in any way other than those listed above.
The products sold on the Website are not for resale or distribution. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or suspend accounts where we believe products are being ordered in breach of this provision.
3. EDIT MY ORDER
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.
4. CANCEL MY ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may refuse the package for a full refund/credit.
5. METHODS OF PAYMENT
arichnutrition.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB and PayPal.
6. COUPON REDEMPTION
A-RICH NUTRITION offers code-based promotions that can be redeemed online. Promotions and discounts, including free shipping, will be communicated on the website, through emails, and direct marketing, such as mailers or flyers.
To redeem code-based promotions, perform the following steps:
In the Cart, enter your promotion code in the space marked "Enter Promo Code."
Click the "Apply" button.
Prices for the items that are valid for the discount will be reduced by the amount of the promotion and reflected in your ORDER SUMMARY.
7. PRICES
All prices are in GBP. Prices shall be those prices published on this Website at the time you submit your order. The prices published on the Website are inclusive of VAT where applicable but may be exclusive of shipping costs, which are for your account. These costs will be calculated separately as applicable and specified on the order form and added to the total price of the order. The total price stated on the order form you submit shall be the total amount payable by you for the products including shipping.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days.
Standard orders arrive in 3-5 business days after the order is shipped, depending on location.
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. Our free shipping offer does not apply to international orders. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs.
Notice to International Customers
Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, when ordering from arichnutrition.com, you are considered the importer of record therefore it is YOUR responsibility to check your country’s importing law in relation to the products you have ordered. Any orders that are seized and destroyed by customs will not be refunded.
Duties & Taxes
Any orders that have been returned back to us due to and Duties & Taxes not being paid will be subject to admin fees which will be deducted from your final refund. The original delivery charge will NOT be refunded.
Failure to respond to courier correspondence
In certain countries, it is common for couriers to contact the buyer of goods before they are released. If the courier tries to contact you and you fail to respond, resulting in the goods being returned, you will be subject to an admin fee which will be deducted from your final refund. The original delivery charge will NOT be refunded.
9. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT

a) We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. Next day delivery only applies to deliveries to mainland UK. However, the time of delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. We use third-party service providers for deliveries.
b) If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
c) If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
10. FORGOT USERNAME OR PASSWORD
If you forgot your username or password, simply go to the My Account – login page and choose "Forgot Password." You will then be able to enter your email address and we will mail you your username and password.
11. EDIT ACCOUNT INFORMATION
If you wish to edit your account information, simply click the "sign-in/register" button located at the top left side of the page. Enter your email address and password then click the "sign-in" button. Choose "Update Your Profile," change any information you wish to change and click the "Update Your Profile" button located on the lower left-hand side of the page.
12. GENERAL
a) The products advertised on the Web Site are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for resale.
b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.
c) Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
DISCLAIMER
arichnutrition.com reserves the right not to ship any product that they see fit for reasons such as delinquent accounts, import licenses, etc... if this happens you will be notified via e-mail and your credit card will be refunded. Some countries may require various types of licenses. arichnutrition.com will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. All sales are final. This means arichnutrition.com is not responsible for any negligence on the part of the consumer.
